Services

Four services, one partner, one fixed fee.

Most clients start with tax or bookkeeping and add the rest once the books are clean. Whatever you pick, the same partner stays on your file.

What every client gets

Whether you start with one return or the full monthly close, these come with it.

A fixed fee, in writing

Your engagement letter sets the price before work begins, and it doesn't change mid-year.

One named partner

The partner you meet at the consultation stays on your file and signs your return.

A reply within one day

Every email and portal message gets a partner's answer by the next business day.

A secure client portal

Upload, sign and track documents in one encrypted place, never in email threads.

A November planning call

We plan your tax year before it ends, so April holds no surprises.

Books closed by the 10th

Reconciled every month and reviewed by a partner before the numbers reach you.

How a new client starts

About two weeks from the first call to the first close.

We used to find out what we owed in April. Now Daniel walks us through it every quarter and the number never surprises us.

Job costing finally matches what happens on site. Our bonding company asked who does our books, which has never happened before.

Six rentals, two LLCs and a 1031 exchange. Robert keeps it all straight and I know my estimated payments before I ask.

Questions

Before you book

Anything else goes to your partner at the consultation.

Do I have to use all of your services?

No. Most clients start with one. The engagement letter lists only what you ask for.

Which bookkeeping software do you work in?

We work in the software you already use, and we can recommend one if you are starting fresh.

Can you take over mid-year?

Yes. We start with a catch-up close and agree the fee for it separately in the letter.

Do you file state returns?

Yes, for every state where you or your business has a filing requirement.

Bring last year's return. We'll take it from there.

A free hour with a partner. You leave with a written scope and a fixed fee.
